FAQ ::
How
to load the fishing hole system:
1.
Download and unzip the file above.
Dont have winzip? Can be downloaded
here.
2.
Open Google earth
3.
Goto file (Top right), Choose open, then choose
the file you downloaded in step one.
4.
Fishing locations will open as a directory tree
in temporary places folder on left hand menu.
5.
Simple double click on a location in the left menu
and you will zoom to that location. Single click
will allow your to get directions.
What
information is provided?
Currently
location and species information is included - I
will be expanding to include other useful information
as it becomes available.
Where
does the information come from?
Anyone
who wants to add, edit or correct information on
fishing locations in Nova Scotia as well as make
general suggestions please send information to:
webmaster@mynovascotia.net
How
often will the database be updated?
Whenever
I receive new data - a new dated file will be uploaded
and displayed.
